Thad, this looks good to me -- very professional. What do the other GAC members think about hosting a Zoom workshop for all of the state association leaders (e.g., the state association caucus) to introduce this document and provide some additional info (3-5 bullet, brief talking points) for each of the major policy goals? If we could get this distributed outward and upward through the state association as their members are engaging in education with their delegations, I think that would be helpful. Like a briefing toolkit/workshop.

Welcome to the U.S. Government Affairs Discussion Group! To launch this discussion group, please take a look at the recently approved 2023 Legislative Priorities. This document is not an all-inclusive list. Rather, it is intended to highlight some of the key policy issues that the Government Affairs Committee will be working on in coordination with the relevant committees on Capitol Hill, FEMA, and other emergency management-related stakeholders. Take a look. Let us know what you think.
