    IAEM President Carrie Speranza will be testifying on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, March 4, at a hearing of the House Subcommittee on Emergency Management & Technology of the Committee on Homeland Security.  The hearing is titled "Future of FEMA: Perspectives from the Emergency Management Community," and it can be streamed here.
