The House T&I Committee is scheduled to conduct a FEMA oversight hearing on Wednesday, July 23, at 10:00 ET. President Trump has yet to nominate anyone to be FEMA Administrator, so David Richardson, who is the Senior Official Performing the Duties of Administrator, will be the sole witness. He is likely to face some terse questioning from the committee about the delayed preparedness grant NOFOs.
